About the Presenter:
John Hedtke is the author of more than 26 books and a few hundred magazine articles. He does disaster recovery and business consulting for public and private companies. He is an award-winning writer of software and hardware documentation who as been a long and active participant in STC. He’s also an entertaining speaker and will bring levity as well as thoughtfulness to this great topic.
