Join us on May 23rd for the chapter meeting featuring Carol A. Taylor, Principal CX Manager at Microsoft Office. Carol will present a topic in designing digital content that is influenced by customer data. The attendees will also have an opportunity to network and share the latest news and findings in the technical communication field. It is our last chapter meeting before the summer break.

Presentation Details:

Creating great content to help people understand and engage with the world through technology is a shared passion for this community. Crafting quality content for the target customer is not enough. Customers need to be able to readily find and consume that content in the contexts where they live and work. Learn how great content experiences take into account context research, navigation design and search strategies informed by customer data.

Carol Taylor is a user experience and content development leader, strategist, manager, researcher, and designer with deep expertise in mobile, Web, and cross-platform design. She has delivered innovative products and solutions, and managed UX and content teams, across a range of technologies and industries. Carol co-founded Sakson & Taylor, was a partner at Magi Interactive, and has held leadership positions at T-Mobile, Infospace, Rhapsody/Napster and the University of Washington. She is currently Principal Content Experience Manager for Microsoft Office.
